Corrective exercise is important to athletes who find themselves injured or in chronic pain due to overuse. Swimmers, runners, cyclist, golfers, baseball players, you name the sport, if you're using the same muscles to do a repetitive motion you're setting yourself up for imbalance, injury, and pain. Through corrective exercise Jen helps clients identify over-active muscle and strengthen under-active muscles properly. Allowing for greater range of motion, increased power and improved performance.
